Can I use a Scottish address as the registered office for a Scottish limited company?

Yes. A company incorporated in Scotland must keep its registered office in Scotland, so our Scottish address can be used as the registered office at Companies House and with HMRC on any package that includes a registered office address. Companies incorporated in England and Wales should choose our England address instead. You receive a confirmation letter with the exact address once your identity check is approved and payment is complete.

Yes. Every director of the company can use the same address as their director service address, and the address can be used as the registered office at the same time. Each director must complete their own identity verification so we can meet UK anti-money-laundering rules.

Yes. We accept passports, national ID cards, driver's licences and residence permits from any country. If the document was issued outside your country of residence, we also ask for a proof of address dated within the last three months so we can confirm where you live.
